All packages are a set of 10 injections. Purchase in-office at your next visit and save on every session.
Before You Book
Call us at 404-891-9248 to let us know. We typically can accommodate you (and any friends) for same day or advance appointments.
Injections pair perfectly with iV therapy — add one (or several) to any iV session. Simply let your nurse know what you'd like when you check in.
Prior to your first appointment please read & sign our consent form. This will be emailed or texted to you. If emailed, look out for an email titled "Replenish has accepted your appointment." The consent is attached inside titled "view form."
Park in the TailorO4w retail lot next to our space (or on the side of entrance/exit if full). The TailorO4w lot off Arnold Street is also available. Register for "free 20min parking" before leaving — bring your license plate info inside and we'll validate you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Vitamin injections are HSA & FSA eligible. Bring your card and we'll process it directly.
