Infrared Sauna

Infrared Saunas use infrared light to to warm your body from the inside out and provide natural healing. Their benefits are effective at a low, soothing temperature. Infrared saunas have been shown to:

 

  • Improve heart health. Infrared saunas mimic exercise (similar to walking at a moderate rate) with increased heart rate, widened blood vessels, and increased blood flow. This can help boost heart health and reduce blood pressure.

 

  • Relieve chronic pain: Studies show improvement in people with chronic pain after regular infrared sauna therapy.

 

  • Relaxation: Sitting in a cozy warm infrared sauna is good for the soul. It also has been shown to decrease stress, anxiety and depression.
