Before you book- please note: 

​

• Prior to your first appointment please read & sign our consent form. This will be emailed or texted to you as a link titled "view form" in the email titled "Replenish has accepted your appointment". To see an example of what it looks like, please press here

• Free Parking: When you arrive to Replenish please park in the TailorO4w retail lot next to our space (or on the side of the entrance or exit if full. The Tailor04w parking lot off Arnold street is also available). Please register for "free 20min parking" before leaving the parking lot. Then please bring your license plate information inside for us to validate you.

​

• Although we ask for credit card information to hold your appointment we are not able to charge your complete session via this method. Please make sure to bring your credit card or cash with you for in-house check out.
