We want your first visit to feel effortless. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you arrive.
We welcome you exactly as you are. While arriving on an empty stomach isn't required, many guests experience greater comfort when they've eaten a light meal beforehand. For NAD+ therapy specifically, we strongly recommend a full meal and bringing snacks — this helps optimize comfort throughout the session.
Upon arrival, our wellness coordinator will greet you and escort you to your private or group relaxation space. They'll take time to understand your wellness goals and confirm your chosen therapy is the perfect fit. Each private room features premium zero gravity chairs or 4D massage chairs — choose whichever suits your comfort.
We provide Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming, heated blankets fresh from our warmer, and a selection of premium teas or filtered water. For deeper relaxation, we offer noise-cancelling headphones, complimentary earplugs, and luxurious silk eye masks (available for a nominal fee).
Our providers will review your medical history and take your vitals to ensure iV therapy is the right choice for you. Together we'll confirm your personalized plan. When starting your iV, you may feel a small pinch — but it should be comfortable after that. If you experience any discomfort, just let us know immediately.

We're on the ground level of Tailor O4W off North Avenue. Park in the retail lot next to our space — or along the exit lane if full. Register for "free 20 min parking" before leaving, then bring your license plate inside for free validation. The TailorO4W lot off Arnold Street is also available.

Prior to your first appointment, please read and sign our consent form — it will be emailed or texted to you after booking. Look for an email titled "Replenish has accepted your appointment" with the form link inside.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment, but we are unable to charge your full session through the booking system. Please bring your credit card or cash for in-house checkout.
