What to Expect at Your First Visit
Parking Information
We're located on the ground level of Tailor O4W, right off North Avenue. Parking is available in the retail lot directly next to our space off North Avenue. If the retail lot is full, you may park along the exit lane leading to North Avenue or visit the other TailorO4w lot off Arnold Street. Please bring your license plate information inside so we can validate your parking for free.
Before You Arrive
We welcome you exactly as you are. While arriving on an empty stomach is not required, we've found that many guests experience greater comfort during their therapy when they've eaten a light meal beforehand. For NAD+ therapy specifically, we strongly recommend enjoying a full meal and bringing snacks with you. This preparation helps optimize your comfort throughout the session and allows us to deliver the most effective treatment possible.
Your Welcoming Experience
Upon arrival, our wellness coordinator will welcome you and escort you to your private or group relaxation space. They'll take time to understand your wellness goals and help confirm that your chosen therapy is the perfect fit for what you're looking to achieve. Each private room features premium zero gravity chairs or 4D massage chairs—choose whichever suits your comfort. We provide complimentary amenities including Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming, heated blankets fresh from our warmer, and a selection of premium teas or filtered water. For those seeking deeper relaxation, we offer noise-cancelling headphones, complimentary earplugs, and luxurious silk eye masks (available for a nominal fee). Our mission is to create the perfect environment for you to unwind and begin your replenishment journey.
Your Treatment Process
Our providers will welcome you warmly and begin by reviewing your medical history and taking your vitals to ensure IV therapy is the safe choice for you. Together, we'll confirm your personalized treatment plan and discuss how it aligns with your wellness goals. When starting your iV, you may feel a small pinch, but it should be comfortable after that—if you experience any discomfort, just let us know and we'll help right away. Your provider will carefully mix your therapy with optimal ingredient amounts to ensure everything is perfect for you. Once your therapy begins, it's your time to relax—we'll take care of the rest.

Add More Services When You Arrive
When booking online, you're welcome to reserve a single therapy session and add additional services upon arrival at Replenish. Simply inform our wellness coordinator of your preferences when you check in, and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs.
Consent Form
Prior to your first appointment please read & sign our consent form. This will be emailed or texted to you as a link titled "view form" in the email titled "Replenish has accepted your appointment". To see an example of what it looks like, please press here
Free Parking
When you arrive to Replenish please park in the TailorO4w retail lot next to our space (or on the side of the entrance or exit if full. The Tailor04w parking lot off Arnold street is also available). Please register for "free 20min parking" before leaving the parking lot. Then please bring your license plate information inside for us to validate you.
Payment Information
Although we ask for credit card information to hold your appointment we are not able to charge your complete session via this method. Please make sure to bring your credit card or cash with you for in-house check out.
HSA & FSA Approved
We are HSA & FSA approved! We can happily write a medical necessity letter if needed to help when submitting receipts. Please email us at hello@replenishIV for this.
