Add-On More Services When You Arrive To Replenish
When booking online, you're welcome to reserve a single therapy session and add additional services upon arrival at Replenish. Simply inform our wellness coordinator of your preferences when you check in, and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs.
Consent Form
Prior to your first appointment please read & sign our consent form. This will be emailed or texted to you. If emailed- please look out for an email titled "Replenish has accepted your appointment". The consent is attached to the link inside titled "view form".

Parking Instructions
When you arrive to Replenish please park in the TailorO4w retail lot next to our space (or on the side of the entrance or exit if lot is full). The Tailor04w parking lot off Arnold street is also available.
Please register for "free 20min parking" before leaving the parking lot. Then please bring your license plate information inside for us to validate you for free parking.

Complimentary with iV Therapy
Enjoy our 4D massage chair experience complimentary with any IV therapy service! As long as the chair is available and not already booked, you're welcome to relax and enhance your wellness session at no additional charge. It's the perfect way to maximize your treatment and unwind during your visit.
$1 Per minute with Vitamin Injections or A la Carte
The 4D massage chair experience is available for just $1 per minute for those receiving Vitamin Injections, or you can enjoy it as a standalone service. Relax and unwind for up to 45 minutes maximum while our advanced massage chair works its magic. It's an affordable way to enhance your wellness routine or treat yourself to some much-needed relaxation!
